Walking Calorie Calculator


Walking burns calories, but not that fast. But if you walk for several hours a day (e.g. on a walking pad under your desk) you can burn a significant amount of calories.

For example, at a speed of 1.5 mph, you might burn 200 kCal per hour. Do that for 5 hours and you burn a whole meal.
