Manual Walking Pad Update: Testing Prototype v2

We’re back with an exciting update on the Office Walker: Prototype v2 is here, and it’s looking promising!

New Slats, Less Noise

After assembling the new slats and missing pieces for the walking area, testing was on the agenda. I’m thrilled to report that the sound level has improved quite a bit. While there’s still minor clicking, it’s mostly the wavy sound of bearings running on the belt that’s noticeable now. It’s a much quieter experience than before, which is a huge win!

Smooth Moves, Some Jerkiness

Despite the noise reduction, there’s still a little jerkiness in the system. Interestingly, the resistance felt lower during this test, hinting that some adjustments might be happening naturally. Further tweaks might be needed, but the progress is encouraging.

Continuous Improvement

With each prototype, we’re stepping closer to the ideal manual walking pad. These advancements are about making the Office Walker not only effective but enjoyable to use. Your support and feedback are crucial as we refine and perfect this model.
